I have a solution for you. Ultra-Fab makes two different sets of wheel chocks that will fit the 2 inch wheel spacing on your tandem axle trailer.

The typical requirement for a wheel chock is that it's 1/4 of the total diameter of the wheel it's being used on. A 245/45R18 tire has an overall diameter of 26.7 inches so you would need a wheel chock that's at least roughly 6-1/2" tall. That being said, most wheel chocks on the market are about 6" tall, like the # etrailer Wheel Chocks # 288-02011-2, and would still be more than capable of preventing the trailer from rolling.

The Erickson # EM09162 E-Chock Wheel Chock will work with vertical e-track, but the chock will sit perpindicular to the e-track, rather than inline as it would sit with standard e-track. The slots in the standard and the vertical e-track are the same exact dimensions.

I may have a solution for you, but the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock w/ Wood Screws - 6-1/2" Wide Tires - Tubular Steel - Black # TWSPWM does not come in a smaller width. The smallest wheel chock we have is the Erickson Removable Motorcycle Wheel Chock - 6" Wide Tires - Chrome Plated Steel - Qty 1 # EM07506, which isn't much smaller but does provide you with a bit smaller chock.

The FloTool Wheel Chocks for Up to 20" Wheels # FT11930MI are 8-1/8" long x 6" wide x 4-5/8" tall and, as the name says, will work for wheels that are 20" or smaller. Per the manufacturer you can use the chock wheel stabilizers with cloth/vinyl wheel covers in place, but they recommend placing something (like a towel) in between the stabilizers and the tire covers to help keep the covers from tearing.
